DESCRIPTION: A mum-focused yoga class to steady and ground you in the beginning of the week. A gentle vinyasa open to all levels of ability and experience.
Babies are very welcome - with all the feeding / changing, noises and chaos they bring :)
This class is suitable from 6 weeks post delivery (however if you had a C-section or difficult postnatal recovery please consult your GP).
